The Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented (TAGT) announced the selection of Lockhart Independent School District’s Lead G/T teacher Sheila Mulbry as the Texas Gifted and Talented Teacher of the Year. The state-level award is in recognition of service, contribution and commitment to gifted education.
