Technical Support for Parents

We are so excited to launch the 2020-2021 school year Monday, August 24th! We have missed our Lions, and although we will be starting off the year with distance learning, it will not dampen our joy to see all of our student’s faces--even if it is on screens. 


We anticipate there will be some hiccups as we start this year 100% virtual, and we wanted to give you some tips on how to reach out for help if you need it. 


Your child can access the gateway to online instruction through the Lockhart Distance Learning button on the school district and campus websites. 


For assistance with internet or technology concerns, you can email LISDTechHelp@lockhart.txed.net or call 512-398-0050. Due to the expected high volume of calls, as is usual during the first week of school, we ask for patience as we work hard to follow up with you. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours of your message.
